Tobin’s Hostyle Kettlebell Beat Challenge

Just like I like to test our athletes’ physical and mental toughness every 4 – 6 weeks
with the 1000 rep challenges, Tobin likes to test our peoples’ grit and technique with
his Kettlebell challenge to really push mental and physical prowess.
