This past Saturday May 12th we held our Hostyle bench press seminar. 6 guys attended the 3 hour event which breaks down each person’s bench press technique and works on addressing their specific weak areas. The gang all gathered at Hostyle conditioning for a nother Friday Nite bench session. We had the boys from Montreal and Cornwall joining us as well as Shane Church, big Phil Landry and we even had Strongman/wrestler Yves Drouin stop by to check things out.
