Labour Day Monday Kettlebell Obstacle Course Workout
We just finished an awesome kettlebell obstacle workout outside this evening.
We decided to have one class at 7 pm because it was the holiday Monday.
We had 30 people come out for a great workout, The evening was warm but not too hot and everyone was pumped for a great workout to end a great long weekend!
We did a good warm and then split up into 4 teams.
While Tobin laiid out the obstacle course I started the teams with a 4 kettlebell execrise medley.
Swings 15 reps
Punchouts 12 reps
Standing Push Press 15 reps
Crush Curls 15 reps
Once a person completed their exercise they would run back to the end of the line and cheer on their team mates until it was their turn to do the next exercise.
After this we broke into the bigger Obsatcle Course workout
and more Kettlebells
