Hostyle Conditioning Max Effort Prowler Workout
This morning I threw a big 45 minutes prowler workout at the 6 am group.
After every single they had to increase the weight by 12 kg kettlebell for the ladies and a 16 kg kettlebell for the guys
The Ladies worked up to 388 lbs and the boys got up to 500 lbs.
