Hostyle and Tobin on Kettlebell Swings

Last Sunday Tobin and I worked some Kettlebell variations and did some filming to demo some of the basic kettlebell moves we use in our training.

    I’d like to try it out for a week. Are there grip intensive workouts available? I’m pretty much 100% sure I’ll join because there are 2 things that I will accomplish this year with what your gym can provide.

      Hi Patrick, come and join anytime at 8 PM, Mon and Wed. All workouts are grip intensive, we can tweak of course. What are these 2 goals?

      Hi Tobin,

      I absolutely will come back. I realized after that workout that I have to quit smoking no ifs/ands or buts. I’m almost there, not 100% yet. I really enjoyed the workouts at hostyle and think I can easily improve my time.
