Hostyle bench nite Friday April 13th

The gang all gathered at Hostyle conditioning for a nother Friday Nite bench session. We had the boys from Montreal and Cornwall joining us as well as Shane Church, big Phil Landry and we even had Strongman/wrestler Yves Drouin stop by to check things out.
