Hostyle Conditioning – This workout almost killed me

I decided that this week would be dead lift week at Hostyle. …Like Shark week but deadlier… So throughout the week we used the deadlift in our various workouts.. Some workouts like Kettlebells we used it as one station in a series of other kettlebell moves done in a gauntlet style for an AMRAP 30 minute format.
