Note from Tobin: Hostyle Intermediate group got 5 rounds in, funny how they found that whole minute of rest in between rounds went by so fast!

The 5th round was falling apart for a few too many, so we cut it there and did some extra abs. A 6th round would have earned them the Advance title….next time maybe!
