    Working Out is a lifestyle, not an activity, so adopt it! and People say they don’t have time to workout, will they have time to be sick later on? Invest in your life and well being!

    Tough but aeoswme work out, esp the ropes and high pull combination. Jump rope 32burpees 4ropes 22high pulls 7 16 kbdrop squats 11mountain climbers 32

      worked up to 195# for set of 3 and felt good. did wod rxd 6:40 put KB down too many times.rested a little then did 3 rondus of 1 MU, 3 HSPUs, 5 dead hang CTB pullups and 7 strict and slow ring dips made sure that I was fully recovered before starting each round.rested a little then did 4 rondus of max DUs with 10 T2B made sure once again that I was fully recovered before beginning a round.
