Hostyle Workout of the day – #2161 Festival of Squats

If you want to really stimulate metabolic activity then train legs! Hitting this muscle group with lots of sets or high reps is the fastest way to incinerate bodyfat and send your metabolism into over drive for the nest 24 – 72 hours!

Today’s Hostyle bootcamp does just that.

Warm Up

Hostyle Mobility

Prowler 3 up / 3 down – 7 rounds in total.

Starting with the prowler empty complete 100 feet. Then add 1 8kg kettlebell (17 ish pounds) perside each round until you have a total of 3 kettlebells. Then Work you way back down to the empty prowler!

Workout

Round 1

Catcher squats – 50 reps

Trx Rows – 50 reps

Round 2

Sumo Squats – 40 reps

Push ups – 40 reps

Round 3

Squat Thrusters – 30 reps

Wall Sit Ups – 30 reps

Round 4

Lunges – 20 per leg

Ball Slams

Round 5

Box Jumps – 10 reps

Burpees – 10 reps

 

Finisher

KB Swings – 100 reps

Hostyle Cool down

Keep the entire workout including warm up and cool down to under 45 minutes
