Hostyle On Bands and Chains for Bench Press

 

I haven’t posted much in the way of our powerlifting lately,
so it’s time to address that. I train powerlifting 1 -2 times per
week.

Usually Tueday’s with Pat Barnes and Friday’s in Montreal or Saturday’s
here if I don’t go on Fridays.

I have been doing a lot of chain pressing recently and decided
it was time to add the ole bands in for a 3 – 4 week mini cycle.

The Video below show myself and Pat hitting some triples with varing
grips every 3 sets.

After the benching we went on to do alternating band face pulls
and pushdowns upstairs.

Crush it!
