Hostyle Manifesto – The Fitness Elite

I say it all the time at Hostyle, whether I coaching a class, shooting a video, or
Working on our kettklebell dvd’s.

I’m looking for the “real” in all aspects of Hostyle Conditioning.

Real people – doing Real work – getting Real results – based in the Real world.

Real People

This means regular people, like you, like me. – Not pretty people, with perfect hair and $200 lulu lemon outfits.

Not Trainers who have never been over weight or have to take care of 2 kids and a dog on a daily basis.

Im taking about regular Jane’s and Joe’s who have J O B’s or businesses and don’t have time to spend 2 1/2 hours at the gym every day.

Real Work

This means workouts that are tuff! Moves that are challenging physically and mentally.

Not joy rides on the elliptical for 45 minutes while u look around to see who is “seeing” you.

Getting Real results

This means – staying consistent with your workouts, keeping your meal plan tight and getting in all done while you take care of those who depend on you.

Not eating that piece of cake when its not cheat night.

Getting up 30 minutes earlier in the morning so you can get your 6 am workout in, while others piss and moan that they just can’t get up early.

Based in the Real World

In the real world, the job has to get done, the mortgage has to get paid. Kids still need their lunches made.

You sacrifice sleep and downtime to make sure your workouts and meal planning and food prep gets done.

Regardless.

Your not getting paid to workout – your not getting sponsored by a supplement company for being skinny and lying to people that you used their product to lose weight u never had to lose before.

You train to be fitter, stronger, and have a better quality of life so that you can be “Real” to yourself and to those around you.

You are not the “Fitness Elite”

You something better, you are “Real” and your getting it done.

This is what makes you “HOSTYLE AWESOME!”

Screw the fitness elite and keep  Crushing it! in the REAL world.
