Hostyle Kettlebell Awesomeness

 

Last nite for the 5 and 7 pm kettlebell class I kept it simple yet deadly

It was the following

30 seconds of

Swings
Planks
Kettlebell Punch Outs

Round 1
repeat once then rest 60 secs

Round 2
Repeat 2 times then rest 60 secs

Round 3
Repeat 3 times then rest 60 secs

Round 4
Repeat 4 times then rest 60 secs

Round 5
Repeat 3 times then rest 60 secs

Round 6
Repeat 2 times then rest 60 secs

Round 7
Repeat 1 time then rest 60 secs

Finisher
Body weight squats 50 reps

This was a tough one that hit cardio, core, and shoulders arms and traps….
