Holiday Monday Hostyle Workout

Next Monday is holiday so we at Hostyle Conditioning will be holding one class at 7 pm

It will be an outdoor kettlebell / obstacle course workout

Meet at Hostyle for 6:45 pm Monday

Last Holiday Monday we did it and it was a blast!!

    Be sure to bring a towel, you may sweat…. Also outdoor shoe, trail runners if you have them. Don’t forget your water bottle and energy!
    This is for all levels.
