    Craig,Great first lift! Seriously! You hit the nail on the head when you posted about ceianlng up your form. Form is everything! Work on getting the bells to move straight up with the chest bump. See if you can get a little more comfortable in the rack position if you are going to do a full long cycle. Also maybe try to get the legs involved more on the clean. That is what I am working on now.Let me know what you are going to do at the Arnold. Maybe a little friendly competition will do us well. I am looking at a full long cycle with 53 s at 95 kg. A big goal, but I have a lot of time.
